Booking Conditions
All prices are per person and per night and include full board.
Fresh fruit and non-alcoholic beverages are available at the buffet all day.
Minimum stay: one week (Saturday to Saturday)
A specific room category is booked, not a particular room.
Arrival and departure day is Saturday. Other weekdays can only be confirmed on short notice (1–2 weeks in advance) and are subject to room availability. A room change may be necessary.
Seminar dates and room contingents are agreed upon no more than one year in advance.
The reserved room contingent is guaranteed until 3 months prior to the scheduled date. By this time, existing registrations become binding and require a deposit of 50% of the total stay price.
The seminar leader’s stay is free of charge when accommodated in a 20 m² room and at least 10 seminar participants are paying guests.

Cancellations must be made in writing. After the contract has been concluded, a handling fee of 50% or cancellation charges will apply as follows:
- Cancellation up to the 31st day before arrival: 30% of the agreed price
- Cancellation between the 30th and 8th day before arrival: 50% of the agreed price
- Cancellation from the 7th day before arrival: 70% of the agreed price
If arrival or departure on the booked day is not possible due to unfavorable flight times or rough seas, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for the affected days.
Boat service in winter: From November to March, arrival via the late ferry and departure via the early ferry is not possible.
