Unbeatable as a Team

All our work has been worthwhile: On 30 November the El Cabrito Team won 1st prize in the competition “Digital Challenge” – an initiative of the hotel association ASHOTEL of the province Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Six long months we worked with all our teams in order to optimize our internal work routine technically sustainable while economising in resources. The aim was to digitally network our work at Finca and hotel such as to avoid overlapping in areas of responsibility, to make transparent team-related processes comprehensively and finally also to save paper. Working together at this project was fun, has strengthened our team-work and turned out to be worthwhile: Our team received best marks which fills us with pride and happiness! One thing is for sure: the project will go on!
