From Now On: Vegetarian Wednesdays

Papas arrugadas – the renowned Canary wrinkled potatoes – our green and red mojo sauces – creamed avocado – all these and other vegetarian delicacies now take the stage once a week: From now on we serve exclusively vegetarian meals for the evening buffet on Wednesdays. This decision has not been made only due to the wishes of many of our guests but also with our own wish to manage our Finca Hotel ecologically and sustainably. So – look forward to our Wednesday vegetarian cuisine which will spoil your palate with seasonal vegetarian dishes. Enjoy!
