Mango, Mango ...

Summer at El Cabrito does not only mean plenty of sun, swimming in the pleasantly warm Atlantic waters and long nights under the starry sky in front of the new bar. Summer at the finca is also mango-time: There is any amount of small MANGOS, large MANGAS, round, oval, yellow and orange fruit – ready to be bitten into or to be spooned out, “tidily” cut into hedgehog shape or juiced or part of the dessert with a dash of cream. Mangos can be enjoyed from breakfast till supper – and now also as a treat for the ears because the children's group together with Alvaro has composed mango-song which can be heard throughout the finca all day long ... Mango, Mango ...
